My path wasn't a straight line — I've been a builder (literally, I studied architecture), an operator, an investor, an advisor, and a partner in the trenches. I've seen companies soar, struggle, and reinvent themselves. And one truth keeps standing out: sustainable success isn't just about capital — it's about the right foundation, the right team, and the right mindset.

I started at Carlyle, then Quilvest, then spent over a decade as a Partner at Plymouth Growth. In 2024 I founded HiLand Capital — an AI-native firm built on the premise that one experienced investor with the right tools can move faster, go deeper, and stay closer than a larger fund ever could.

Today I invest independently through HiLand, serve as Operating Partner at Mudita Venture Partners, and advise several founders directly. The common thread: I care about the people behind the business, not just the business itself.
